What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct mailing address at checkout.
Wild Orchid ships to the exact address entered at the time of purchase and cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete details.

No refunds can be provided for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact the shipping carrier directly once you receive your tracking number to intercept or redirect the parcel.

Is this safe to use daily, and will it cause irritation?
Yes, it is safe for daily use. Complex No. 0 is a clean, botanical-based formulation specifically formulated for sensitive skin. We have excluded synthetic fragrances, parabens, and common irritants.
How is this different from a traditional lubricant?
Unlike a temporary lubricant designed for a single moment, Complex No. 0 is a topical treatment protocol. It is formulated with high-performance botanical lipids to actively restore and reinforce the delicate skin barrier over time.
Can I use this alongside other hormonal treatments or HRT?
